Alba means daybreak — fittingly, this was the very first beer we ever brewed. Just like a sunrise, Alba marks a new beginning and brings warmth and brightness to the day.
Brewed with classic German weizen yeast, plenty of wheat, orange peel, and a touch of melanoidin malt, this beer offers a soft, creamy mouthfeel with a subtle bittersweet balance. The result is a smooth and slightly sweet wheat beer with a warm, rounded aroma.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', best before March 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity aroma of banana, clove, orange and a touch of honey. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity taste of banana, clove, orange and traces of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Pleasant beer, a solid Weizen with a fruity touch.
