Market Beer Company food court in San Jose. Served in a tulip, whatever.
Clear, golden, lingering melty head.
Thin, sweet citrus & soap, mild & fresh herbal hops. Same on the nose. Some sweet corn nuance. Light astringency on the tail.
Silky texture, yet very crispy.
Pretty good.
