This past spring we had the great pleasure of selecting New Zealand hops for the first time ever!
This year we selected for the varietal Nectaron. This is one of the newest hops on the block but it has quickly shoved its way into our hoppy beer lineup because of its explosive fruitiness and outrageously gorgeous haze positivity. We chose a lot that we think throws a ton of dank pineapple with some peachy apricot undertones.
We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Nectaron with you.

A milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant.
