The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.
June is a great month, summer officially arrives. It’s warm. Seasonal depression is long gone. As such we thought, let’s make a delightfully complimentary DIPA slathered in riwaka and nelson. Explosive notes of tropical gooseberry and red fruit

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, pleasant.
