Tap at SOPP Hki 2017. Smell of citrus, some yeast. Pale lemon colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, sour apple, yeast, raw berries. Sour. Lively carbon, light body. Basically a boring berliner weisse.

Draft at SOPP Helsinki 2017. 10th rating, we get stats! Hazy golden yellow color white head. Aroma of citrusstraw. Taste is softly sour straw and lemon. OK.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016 (As Suomenlinnan SOPP Weisse). Pale hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, lactic and some mild spices to it. Flavour is lactic, some wheat, citrus and mild wooden notes.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2016) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness and tartness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A good berliner weisse.
