Soothing Repeat is our new murky double IPA brewed with Pacific Northwest Strata and Mosaic Cryo hops, along with aroma-rich Citra Abstrax. This beer marks our first time incorporating the ancient grain spelt into a malt bill, forming a unique backbone for this juicy, fruit-forward DIPA. Aromas of ripe apricot and guava leap from the glass, leading into lush flavors of orange creamsicle, white peach, and tangerine on the palate.

On a three beer flight in the Pizza Store by OC Local; 5th September 2025. Misty orange body, white affair on top. Citrus lead in the nose and taste, oranges to the fore in both. Malty base comes through nicely too.
