330ml can from Alko. BBE 021017. Pours dark brown, almost black with a foamy light brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, licorice, chocolate and coffee. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty with some chocolate, coffee, licorice and herbal hops. Finish is roasty, slightly herbal hoppy with some coffee, licorice and earthiness. Okay imperial stout.

Aroma has pot coffee, salty licorice and some tobacco. Flavour has salty licorice, some coffee and ash. Saltiness gets even stronger towards the finish. Guess what? Too salty for me!

33cl can from tiong, as part of the Euro Local Swap 01/2017. Pours dark brown colour with a huge most good lasting tan head. Aroma of sweet and dark roasted malt, some lactose, chocolate and red fruits. Taste of sweet chocolate malt, some coffee, bitter hops, lactose, okay!

Can - Dark roast and some nice chocolate notes. Very active and frothy rich light brown head with a jet black and brown base. Dark chocolate and nice bitter dark malts. Molasses and dark fruity notes as well. Complex and tasty.

Can [from Euro Secret Santa 2016, thanks Rosenbergh] @ home. Opaque black color, medium sized creamy and long lasting light brown colored head that leaves good lacing as well. Aroma is malts, soft roasted malts, maybe slight coffee and liquorice notes. Taste malts, roasted malts, malt and hop bitter, maybe slightly notes of liquorice again. Very nice smooth silky mouthfeel, oily texture, suitable soft carbonation. How to make a basic stout into a great beer. Well done!

Opaque color, thick brownish head and head, lace. Aroma is roasted with licorice and hints of chocolaty sweetness. Full-bodied, smooth palate. Roasted malty, a bit burned, decent hoppyness in the finish. No any nasty vegetably sideflavors - clena. It is not Siperia but it is a good Finnish imperial stout anyhow.

Can 0.33l at home, Vantaa. Colour is almost black with quite large brownish foamy head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, bread, some dark chocolate, hops, some fruits, some citrus and roasted malts. Little bit of confusing. Light imperial stout but good drinkability gives more points. Fruity imp. Have to try again.

A black beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has liquirice, sweet fruitness, mandarin and cantaloupe, weird. Taste is more traditional, roastiness, same fruitness as in the aroma, some bitterness and coffee in the end. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Weird and far away from the tradional. Fruitful.

33cl can. Poured near black with a thin brown head. Aroma has milk chocolate, roasted malt, licorice, oatmeal. Flavor has oatmeal, mild ash notes, roasted malt, licorice, milk chocolate. Round mouthfeel.
