Draught @ Sparkle brewpub, Quiberon. Pours very dark brown, tight beige head. Aroma of heavy spice, Scottish cake. Flavour profile brings rich, moist, rum-soaked, spice-heavy fruit cake.. big ginger presence.. interesting.. has a Scotch wee heavy feel.. nice.
