Bock's Eisweisse is a remarkable and bold creation that challenges the boundaries of traditional wheat beer. Inspired by the German Eisbock style, our brewing team meticulously crafted this exceptional beverage, ensuring that each sip is a true celebration of flavor and craftsmanship.

The brewing process begins with our carefully selected wheat malt, which provides the foundation for the beer's smooth and velvety texture. Traditional German hops add subtle bitterness and a delicate, floral aroma, while our distinctive yeast strain imparts the classic banana and clove notes associated with Weissbier.

The key to Bock's Eisweisse's unique character lies in the innovative freeze-concentration technique. By partially freezing the beer and removing some of the ice, we are able to concentrate the flavors and create a more robust, full-bodied brew. This process amplifies the fruity, estery character and enhances the beer's natural sweetness, resulting in the perfect balance between fruity brightness and malty depth.

0,5l bottle from the brewery. Hazy amber beer with medium head. Aroma is banana, yeast and malts with some ripe fruity notes. Flavor follows. Full body with long lasting aftertaste. Bit like homebrewed sahti, but on the better level.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear brownish amber, small head. Generous aroma of banana, burnt caramel and red berries. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fairly deep, wheat-bun-doughy malt. Mild brandyish alcohol and quite a lot of banana and cloves. Warming finish.
