Fairytale of Brew York is an Eggnog inspired White Milk Stout. We have infused Bourbon, Cinnamon, Vanilla & Nutmeg with the brew to compliment the complex flavour. As a white milk stout, the dark malts have been replaced by Cacao Nibs and Espresso beans in the fermenter. And we have added Lactose in the kettle to bring a creamy taste to the beer.

Cask at the bow bar..Dec 2016 ...Dark amber.. Thin tan lacing... Soft spiced fruit nose... Soft very sweet front... Light chocolate.. Light spice... Over sweet.. Nice but oversweet
