We have a brand new hazy to kick off the summer season! Laser Kiwi showcases three of our favorite tropical-fruit-forward New Zealand hop varieties: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka.
Laser Kiwi starts with pilsner malt & flaked wheat for a soft, gentle body. We then loaded the whirlpool with Riwaka for intense citrus notes. After fermentation, we hit Laser Kiwi with two massive dry-hop additions of Nectaron & Nelson for all the juicy nectarine, pungent passion fruit, perfectly ripened peach and Sauvignon Blanc grape character that you'd expect from such an all-star hop combo.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is dank, pot, guava. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Fucken good.

Can from Tavour. Pours lightly hazy gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma of peach, passion fruit (not pineapple) and pale melon or perhaps lychee. Med body. Juicy but towards dry. Moderately bitter. Flavor pretty much goes as the aroma. The bitterness is persistent, but definitely not West Coast bitterness. A rather laid back flavor combination.

Real nice. White wine grapes, dry finish. Well balanced.
