Side pour at Tewksbury, 9/3/25.
Unfiltered clear, bright lemon-brass-golden. Big, creamy, fluffy, white head.
Tropical fruit, easygoing pine and lots of big grapefruit provide a pleasingly aromatic and cleanly hoppy nose. Big honey and white bread-like notes from the malt provide ample backing/balance.
Crisp and hoppy up front with tight, ample carbonation and a lovely mix of light pine, light grapefruit and gentle, tropical fruit rind. Beautiful, soft, rich, honey-like maltiness is full and supple but also well-attenuated leaving the finish refreshing in concert with the pine-tinged, citrusy hops.
