Belgian-style Blond Ale hopped with Riwaka and aged solera-style in our American Oak foeder. Solera is the act of removing only a portion of beer from the foeder and replenishing it with fresh wort to referment and continue aging in oak with traces of every batch before it. For Volume III, you can expect notes of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, spring hay, Bazooka bubble gum, stewed pears, and classic Belgian spice. Canned on 6/30/25

Can from Tavour: pours gold with white head. Aroma is orangey citrus, Belgian yeast, mellow tropical notes, but Riwaka is doing very different things than in an IPA. Fairly dry, but still obviously sweet. Ample amount of body. Pretty solid.

16oz can from Tavour. Cloudy orange/golden, sparse foamy head. Aroma is fruity, clementine, Belgian yeast, white chocolate. Taste opens with a hit of orange peel, before the big yeasty flavors kick in, malty, fruity.
