Nejteplejší měsíce v roce potřebují víc, než jen lehká piva k polednímu osvěžení na cyklostezce. Pozdní večery na zahrádce nebo v baru lákají k nalití si silnějšího a výraznějšího digestivu. Uvařili jsme robustní, sametový imperial stout, ve kterém se vůně melasy, tmavé čokolády a perníku míchá s kouřovým charakterem sušených švestek, který zahřátím piva ve sklenici nabírá na intenzitě.

From tap @ Žil Verne. Head is tan, good retention. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma is nice roasted tones, coffee, cocoa, coconut, vanilla, cherries. Taste is the same with roasted twist, very good, fully enjoyed.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, chocolate and light alcohol in the nose. Chocolate, alcohol, dried fruits and light licorice with mild roasty finish.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Black-brown body, off-white head. Alcohol hits and strikes in the aroma, but so does coffee and some prunes. Smooth taste taste, licorice, coffee, light roast, lighter chocolate, low prunes, some herbal hoppy notes. Very nice, but needs warming!

28.7.2025. Tap at Sibeeria Taproom. Rather full body, rather high warmth, hidden with a moderate skill. Med bitterness, med sweetness, mostly just saucy though. Lots of chocolate and dried fruits. Overall shows just how meaningless pure numbers are. Meh. 6,9.
1.11.2025. Tap at Craft House. Full body, med-light carbo. High bitterness, med sweetness. Lots of dried fruits, raisins, even more than the medium chocolate and light roast. Could use more black. Med-light warmth, pleasant. Not the most complex, but relatively easy drinking. 8,0.
