Pours black with a reddish brown hue. Lots of boozy dried fruit, vanilla, oak, molasses, black treacle. Solid stuff.

ADTWD team tasting in sunny Halzlemere. Near clear dark amber brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth dark toffee malts, a little malt cream. Rich bourbon, ripe fruity bourbon, spicy bourbon. Airy semi dry spicy finish. Spicy linger. Great stuff, perhaps a little more basic than some of the others. But still stellar.
