7.8% New England Double IPA.
'Hand of Sauvin' is brewed with Galaxy, Motueka, and NZ Cascade hotside, then dry hopped with heaps of 2025 NZ Nelson Sauvin and Krush Spectrum.
We used plenty of oats and wheat to give this beer a soft, pillowy body making it super drinkable despite its abv.
ALLERGENS: Malted barley, wheat, oats.
Tasting Notes: White grape, gooseberry, candied peach.

Moderately hazed orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is big on dank Nelson chimes, gooseberries, grass, guava.
Taste comprises stone fruit, pine resin, bitter orange, lychee, white grape.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with resinous come dankened hop bitterness.
Solid NZ powered DIPA.
