Our Back to Schull (pronounced SKUL) stout is brewed with roasted barley, flaked barley, and Maris Otter malt, and is hopped entirely with East Kent Goldings. The aroma shows off notes of fresh blueberries, cacao, English Breakfast tea, and a subtle smokiness. The flavor brings out more of the acrid roast malt and sweet brown bread, but maintains a high drinkability with having a very light body and minimal

Draught @ the brewery. Opaque dark brown with a foamy dark beige head, toasted malt-caramel aroma, medium carbonation, bitter dark roasted malt taste with some caramel, smooth body, long finish. Not as dry as Guinness, but still fine.
