Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, pulpy, caramel. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fruity, honey hints, some caramel and funk, with soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Funky, caramel, apple, woody, vanilla. Some tangy sweetness. Likeable.
