Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, acetic funk. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, meaty funk, with some sour acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Very slightly hazed pour. Nice apple, funky, horse blanket aroma. Medium sweetness, light tartness and dryness. Very nice.
