Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, acetic funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, with meaty funk, leather, acetic notes, and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Big barnyard, apple, funky, horse blanket aroma. Solvent notes. Tangy tart taste. Very dry. Lovely.
