Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazed orangey golden colour, white bubbly head that dissipates and aroma of vanilla, wood barrel, oak. Taste is sweet fruity, apple, woody, oaky, barrel notes, formic & lactic hints, orange, vanilla, spicy, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Woody, vanilla, apple aroma. Dry with some mellow sweetness. Good.
