750mL bottle at Ammutsøn, pours a clear copper with a tiny white head. Aroma is very vinous, showcasing all the wine barrels, including the port, along with oak, and beautiful leather barnyard funk. Flavour is impeccably complex, with tons of port wine barrel, red wine, leather funk, light-to-moderate acidity that’s kept in check, finishing tart, funky, and vinous. Not the best Bokke out there but quite a unique one. Lovely treat.

0,75l bottle at Ammutson. Vintage 2023. yellow hazy color, no head. Rather thick looking liquid (light peddio infection maybe?). smells subtle funk, oak, grassy, hay, earthy, spices. Very nice smell. full body soft carbonation. tastes spices, curry, oak, subtle funk, grassy, earthy, lightly lactic, balsamic. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour with lactic notes, curry and light balsamic notes. Very nice one, rather intense, some volatile acids. Not the best Bokke I had, but overall very good one
