Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, fast diminishing white head. Aroma: Grape, spicy Saison yeast. Taste: Moderate tart and light to moderate sweet, fruity grape, subtle wild yeast funk, spicy yeast notes. Some oak wood. Long lasting dry finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice one. Enjoying this beer on a warm evening at the garden terrace in Val de Loire in France.
