Our single hopped American blonde ale where we rotate a new hop in for each batch. This time around we used Idaho 7 hops, with notes of peach, pineapple & orange. Hazy, fruity and dangerously drinkable.

Canned 7/3/25, drunk 7/31/25.
Quite hazy, muted-brass-blonde. Large, white head, slowly to spotty cover.
Very fruity, soft, round, interesting. Not the typical earthy, black tea and orange I associate with this hop. Almost a bubble gum-like character, with light honey and white bread-like maltiness. Clean and aromatic with no aggressive notes.
Malty and juicy with lots of bubble gum and light cotton candy. Bit of orange zest, fruity melon, crackery malt and and a refreshing dryness on the finish. Fruity, flavorful and different, albeit very new englandy, not so much blonde ale-like.
