A classic semi-dry mead style, made with water, multi-flower honey, and yeast. It has a fruity, cloudy appearance, a strong honey aroma, and a sweet flavor with a dry finish. One of the oldest alcoholic beverages in existence, and in this case, without a very high alcohol content.

Kind of a golden, greenish yellow with a little fizz. Sweet, light floral notes, a bit of perfume, toasted bread, fruity. It’s not like most meads I’ve had. Lightly fizzy body. Ah, can’t say this is doing much for me.
