BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple mucky funk. Taste is sweet, appley, barnyard funk, mucky, with some tannins. Medium 3, low carbonation, lingering sweet & mucky funk at the finish. Quite drinkable
