Tap at Peders Barreled Souls TTO (02/08/2025) - Dark sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee and fudge like sweetness, singed brown sugar, dark dried fruit shred, bourbon and vanilla coming into the lingering warming dark malty close. Lovely.
