Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a ruddy dark burnt orange almost brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a moderate pace. Slight stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet to roasty nuts, milk chocolate and a sturdy caramel/toast malt base. Light toffee notes and super light coffee tones.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the previously mentioned aromas. Barely any coffee. Light nutty aftertaste and finish.
The feel was medium bodied with some smoothness along my tongue. Good carbonation and ABV.
Overall, nice as a brown ale, but slightly lacking in coffee. Maybe again, not sure.

Pours a brown from the tap with a khaki head. Smells like cold weak coffee, tastes like water run through a coffee maker with no coffee in the filter. Blech. Not so good.
