Clear pale golden colour, minimal creamy off-white head; aroma of floral, some fruity, herbal, hay and minimal citrusy notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, some lemony, grapefruity and fruity notes; correct one

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 9 Oct 2023) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, peaches, bread and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with peaches, grass, citrus, bread, elderflower, a touch of apples, and a gentle floral/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Can pour into pub glass. Appearance is cloudy orange-yellow with lots of dark floaties held in suspension, trace sparkle, less-than-finger-width fizzy off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is bready malts with dank/citrus balance. Taste is caramel malt with dank and yeasty tart balance, late lemon. Palate is medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry, mostly lemon citrus finish. Overall, more malty than I would have expected but, if I figured out the canned code correctly, this may be 8 months old so hops would be spent. Will have to rerate at some point.

Lemongrass nose. Hazy amber, medium head. Tangy lemongrass. Medium body, easy carbonation. Not much going on here, just an easy drinking quaffable pale ale.
