Bottle thanks from Ben! Pours a cloudy earthy dark red with a near white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has lots of straw with a bit of light tart fruits and a touch of earthy grass underlying. Flavor has earthy straw and wet grass with a light tart fruit night backing.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy brown with small beige head. The aroma is funk, oak, sour fruit. Thin body, dark fruit, strong oak, nice tartness, very good.

Bottle sample at the Funk Collective VIP session at BFS. Hazy maroon amber color off white head. Aroma of plums and citrus. Taste is lightly tart dark fruit. Reminds me of a light bodied Flemish red.
