Sample at the brewpub. Clear pinkish-red color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Tart fruit, wheat and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of hibiscus, salty lime, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is mildly tart with a hibiscus aftertaste. Decent overall.

Excellent sour flavor with a sweet finish, kind of like drinking a sweet tart.

Draft at the source. It’s pink! Nice floral and fruity aroma. Taste is light and earthy. Good summer beer.
