Batch 116 September 2021
This cider is made from traditional cider apples that we picked from Barragunda farm in Cape Schanck. Located at the southernmost tip of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.
We fermented the juice to dry in a French Oak Barrel, then back sweetened for bottle conditioning in August 2021. The result is a beautiful bodied, dry, and lightly carbonated apple cider.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Batch 116. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is apple, fleshy, fruity, with oak barrel notes, alittle tartness and some drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
