We await each harvest of this variety with impatience, because it is always different, but unmistakably recognizable. The familiar and nostalgic aromas of freshly cut grass in the summer, gentle undertones of morning mist in an apple orchard, the taste of sweet white northern grapes beautifully match our house pale ale and, we hope, will pleasantly surprise you.
