We were fortunate to meet Jim, the founder of Indie Hops at Hop City last month and what better than to showcase their star hop Strata in a hazy IPA. We've gone heavy on wheat additions to create a soft, pillowy body and paired Strata alongside Motueka and Motueka Hop Kief from friends at Freestyle Farm.
Expect key lime pie, blood orange, a touch of pine and saturated dank finish.

440ml can. Murky golden with a big white head. Aroma of zesty lime, some dank weed and tropical fruits. Taste is slightly sweet, ripe passionfruit, papaya, zesty lime, and some dank herbaceous notes (though less than I expected from the heady aroma), light bitterness. Very soft, medium bodied. Nice one.
