Our 6.7% red wine barrel aged Oud Bruin refermented on a ton and a half of whole dates and tart cherries. Decadent toffee and cherry notes swirling in sour funk.

Very drinkable for a sour red. Some plum and apricot, and a little raisin. Pours maroon with good head and lacing. Some tang in finish. Good balance. Tap at Snally.
