A purplish colour. Tart, good appley accent. Medium tartness. Low tannins, so well-balanced.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear rosé, no head. Aroma has plenty of rosé wine, musty grape skins, and some dry apple skins. Flavour is dry and musty, with moderate funk, lots of rosé wine, and must dry grape skins. Complex, dry and wonderfully blended. Excellent.
