Frucht Bombe is the fourth release in the Dry Hop Series. This blend of two, three, and four year mixed fermentation barrels is dry hopped with two contemporary German hop varietals: Huell Mellon and Mandarina Bavaria. These two distinct hops react to create an explosion of ripe tangerine, sharp grapefruit, and juicy melon hop character. This eruption of flavour is balanced by a full, round texture, medium acidity, and a subtle salinity.

Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Peppery yeast, Brett, grassy hops on the nose. Flavour has a nice funky yeast character, some peppery notes, grassy hops. Nicely done.

Hazy, amber. The aroma is a bit odd. It's got a mild balsamic note that I'm not crazy about. Accents of young lambic, and I don't really get much for dry hop here.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, lots of tangy dry-hopping, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, tons of dry-hopping, and some citrusy. Lots of dry-hopping and citrus atop the real nice mix of bugs. Excellent.
