A blast from the past, our first American style pale ale. Looking back to classic examples of the style, we have use Centennial and Chinook hops, alongside Idaho 7 and Sultana. Expect dank notes of grapefruit, pine and subtle sweet fruits.

25/4/2026. Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Decent pour. Aroma is grainy, stone fruits, husky tropical fruits, chalky notes. Very nice drying bitterness. Good body. Well done.
