Poured from 473mL can (pkg 28/Jul/2025). Clear yellow gold with white head. Mild rhubarb permeates, rustic saison yeast underlay, feint pepper, decent.

Pale, with a slight haze. Mild tartness. Sort of yeasty, light rhubarb character. Ok tartness in the finish.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some gentle earthy rhubarb, rustic saison yeast, and toasted malt. Flavour is dry and rustic, with lots of spicy saison yeast, rustic notes, and very subtle rhubarb. Spicy, rustic and farmhouse-y. Quite good.
