Barrel aged beer that we did with the tart 'Danube' cherries that we use for the Dilettante.

Poured from 355mL can (pkg 2025/08/14) in an Alert Bay hotel room. Chill hazed red with dissipating white head. Soft cherry, light tartness, light-medium body. Okay.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear ruby red with a white head. Lots of sour cherries on the nose with some nice earthy must. Flavour has juicy cherries with some barrel must. Definitely some cheerios floating around. Pretty enjoyable, but not at the same level as their Changeling series.

Amber. There's a sweet cherry on the aroma but more of a woody sourness to the beer overall. It's mild in character, decent but lacks stellar qualities.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear deep amber with a small white head. Aroma has light Cheerios, gentle phenols, some tart raspberries, and rustic notes. Flavour has plenty of tart raspberries, along with a bit of Cheerios, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of phenols. Rustic, THP-dominated, and berries. Flawed but okay.
