Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
@ the cidery. Aroma is herbal with a little bit of funk and straw. Less tart than the first two here. Not super complex but it has a little more going on than some ciders.

Sample at the source. Clear golden yellow color, still. Floral aroma. Taste is dry white wine, light earth. Very dry. The most complex of the session.
