Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: mango fleshy red color with a quarter finger of pink to off-white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: raspberry tart and sweet whiffs with a slight salty note; subtle lemon underneath that
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a nice sweet and tart quality then flanked by a little bit of saltiness; finishes raspberry forward with some salt
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness about it with a light acidity in there that seems to nick up the tongue a bit
Overall: as a fruited tart ale with some salt in it, I'd say it works like that but this isn't a gose. One can't just throw in salt in a beer and call it a gose, it doesn't work like that.

Canned 3/18/25, drunk 8/5/25.
Cloudy raspberry jam with a light orange tint. Frothy, pinkish-tinged head steadily to partial cover.
Beautifully-fruited nose with jammy, juicy, lightly tart notes. Very authentic and with nutty wheat and light salinity behind it.
Soft, wheaty, lightly saline with not-too-acidic, very authentic raspberry. The wheat and salt help soften the fruit and the beer is round, chewy, malty and well-attenuated with just the right amount of acidity. They are really dialing this series in.
