@ the cidery. Aroma is full of ginger, soap, and floral notes. Somewhat tart with tons of ginger. I’m not a huge ginger fan but this is pretty good.

Sample at the source. Almost clear, slight yellow tinge, still. Earthy aroma. Taste is floral apple. Ginger is very subtle.
