@ the cidery. This mead is dry, thin, and herbal. Grass and straw. Light honey. At first I thought this was too watery but it grew on me. You could actually drink a pint of this.

Sample at the source. Clear pale yellow color. Floral aroma. Taste is light honey, light body. The driest mead of the session.
