Copper color with malt aroma. Taste is caramel malt sweetness balanced with mild floral hop bitterness. Nice beer, smooth and crisp.

Draft @ Hickory Hops 2011, Hickory, NC. Pours a deep amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly hoppy aroma with hints of caramel. Sweetish fruity malty hoppy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy caramel finish.

Served on draft at the Bier Garden in Asheville, NC. Pours a hazy ruddy copper color with a large head. Good head retention and fair lacing. Aroma is lemony citrus hops with brown sugary malts. Taste is big citrus hops with subtle toffee malts. Medium bodied.
