16 oz. can, pours jet black, no head. Nose is pungent, with intense peanuts, followed by coffee, a touch of banana, and dark sugars. Flavour is dominated by the coffee upfront, with a touch of peanuts, banana, dark sugars, and a touch of bourbon. There’s a good base here but the banana and peanuts don’t really convince me. Decent but ridiculous.

Jet black tiny dark brown head. Aroma is dark soy, vanilla, oaky barrell, cocoa powder and burnt coffee. Oily mouth feel, silky carb, medium bitter. Heavy, thick, bold, huge beer. Soy notes are massive, cocoa and coffee are predominant with soft bourbon notes.
