Pomme Desiree is blended from six apple varieties. The unique process of cryo extraction captures the pure natural concentrate of the fruit. This cider is a beautiful golden colour with complex aromas of candy apple and tropical fruit.

Nice deep gold body, clear and smooth, sweet floral apple with soft wood on the nose, vague elements of a boozy Belgian quadrupel in there as well. Flavour is rich sweet apple with some dark bitterness that helps explain the quadrupel reminiscence. Nice lingering sweetness. Quite bold and sugary yet very nice to drink slowly.

375ml bottle at Alex's. Pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is sweet apples. Taste is the same, very sweet, a bit dry. Good one.

Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, fruity tropical fruit, concentrated apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, wood, concentrated apple, sweet apple, medium dry, sour and sweet apples. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160819]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Clear pale yellow pale golden color, no head. Aroma is apple, lightly sugar. Taste apple, honey, somewhat sugary but quite well balanced. Intense flavor but never too much. Quite nice.
