Dark brown. The aroma is fairly chocolatey, but it's got a sort of a slick waxy character to the chocolate. It's sweet, there's just a bit of nuttiness, brown sugar. There's something with the base that isn't coming together, and I can't put my finger on it.

500ml @ SF shared with Phill and Josh (thx for the beer, man!).
Aroma: thick, sweet, fruity.
Taste: along the same lines, cloying, brown sugars.
Overall: meh, as other Mortalis pastries - brown sweet water.
