We have really let the reigns off with this one! A super lean west coast DIPA built ground up with pilsner malt, rasping C hop bittering coupled to excessive late hop additions and a healthy hop dip. Fermented clean with Chico and then dry hopped hard and huge with a superstar quartet. Stunner.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild citrusy tones with mild resin to it. Flavour is floral, fruity, some herbal and mild earthy tones. Mild bitterness too.

Can at home, 17th October 2025. Pours clearish with some haze and orange, aroma is fresh, marmalade, grapefruit and citrus. Taste is bittersweet, pithy, juicy, light pine. Nice, could have been more bitter

440ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and slightly grassy and piney, hoppy aroma, minimally biscuity, pale malty and minimally wheaty malty background, notes of orange, lemon, some pineapple, grapefruit, slightly resinous overtones. 440ml can, online from HoTM. Pours clear orange gold white foam. Aroma of citrus - grapefruit, orange - also pine resin, weedy dank. The taste follows, light sweet with prominent C-hop bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Crackin' hefty westie.
