Klassisk vestkyst rug IPA. Maltsødme balanseres en fin og kraftig bitterhet. Vi kjørte 4 klassiske amerikanske humlesorter med en kraftig preg av grapefrukt og furunål i både smak og aroma. En skikkelig old school IPA.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger, as Brix Rattata Vestkyst Rug IPA. Orange to amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma of jam / marmalade, rye bread and fruity hops. Pleasant flavour of distinct hops with a good bitterness, piney / resinous and grapefruity notes.
